# Profile and settings

What Curade Mini's Settings screen holds, from your profile and language to notifications, your password, deletion, support and the app's version.

**Settings**, in the drawer, holds your own account. What you change here follows the account onto every device it is signed in on.

## What Settings holds

| Section | What it holds |
|---|---|
| **Profile** | Your username and full name. **Save Changes** unlocks once something differs from what is saved. Your email address and role are shown on your card at the top, and only an admin changes them. |
| **Preferences** | **Language**, English or Bahasa Melayu. The app switches at once, with no restart. |
| **Notifications** | Which pushes reach your phone ([Notifications and push](https://curade.ai/en/curade-mini/docs/account/notifications-and-push/)). |
| **Access** | Every environment your account has been given. You switch between them from the drawer. |
| **Security** | **Change password**. |
| **Account** | **Sign out**, **Delete account** and **Withdraw consent** ([Delete your account](https://curade.ai/en/curade-mini/docs/account/delete-your-account/)). |
| **Contact us** | **Email us**, which opens your email app addressed to the support team. |
| **About** | **Privacy policy**, **Terms of use** and **About Curade Mini**, which shows the app's version and opens **Open-source licences**. |

## Your names

The username takes letters, numbers, dots, underscores and hyphens, with no spaces, up to 30 characters. The full name takes letters, numbers, spaces and the punctuation real names carry (`O'Brien`, `Smith-Jones`), up to 60 characters. Both need at least one letter, and letters means the Latin alphabet, accents included.

## Changing your password

**Change password** takes two steps: confirm the password you sign in with now and tap **Continue**, then set the new one, which needs 8 or more characters with an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a number and a special character, and has to differ from the old one. Once it is saved, every device signed in to the account is signed out, this one included, so you sign in again with the new password.

## What stays in English

Switching to Bahasa Melayu moves the whole app, apart from three things the app tells you about when you switch:

- names that come from your organisation's monitoring platform, such as hosts, services, problems, zones and tags, which have to match what that platform shows;
- the step by step line CLEO writes while it works, which stays in English whatever the language;
- messages an admin sends, which arrive exactly as written.
