# Frequently asked questions

## Accounts

### Can I sign up for Curade Mini myself?

No. Core Consulting or an admin in your organisation creates every account and invites its owner, who accepts with the code in the email ([Get access](https://curade.ai/en/curade-mini/docs/get-started/access/)).

### What do I do if I forget my password?

Tap **Forgot Password?** on the sign in screen and follow the code in the email ([Sign in](https://curade.ai/en/curade-mini/docs/account/sign-in/#forgot-password)).

### Can I use Curade Mini in Bahasa Melayu?

Yes. Curade Mini's screens come in Bahasa Melayu: pick it on the first slide when you set up your account, or under Preferences in Settings later. Names that come from your organisation's monitoring platform stay as that platform writes them.

## Data

### Why does the health score ignore my time window?

The score always reads the problems open right now, since monitoring only reports a current state for health ([Health score](https://curade.ai/en/curade-mini/docs/concepts/health-score/)).

### Why is a service healthy in the list but critical on its page?

The list grades a service across all its hosts, while its page can read one host at a time. One struggling host can hide inside a healthy average ([Services](https://curade.ai/en/curade-mini/docs/features/services/)).

### Is Cluemetry AI?

No. Cluemetry follows set rules over what monitoring recorded, so the same question about the same moment gets the same answer ([Cluemetry](https://curade.ai/en/curade-mini/docs/features/cluemetry/)).

## CLEO

### Can CLEO change anything?

No. CLEO reads and explains. It cannot change anything in the app or in monitoring, and its replies make no decisions about anyone.

### Who can read my chats with CLEO?

A new chat starts **Private**, so only you can read it until you share it. The admins of your environments and Core Consulting staff who run the service can read it too ([CLEO](https://curade.ai/en/curade-mini/docs/features/cleo/#chats)).

## Alerts

### Why is there no monitoring button?

Monitoring alerts are not switched on for the environment. Core Consulting switches them on once your organisation agrees.

### Can someone else set my alerts?

No. Alerts are personal: each person sets their own, and nobody else sees them ([Monitoring alerts](https://curade.ai/en/curade-mini/docs/features/monitoring-alerts/)).
