# Export a page

Export a page from Curade, such as the capacity planning host list or an answer from CLEO, as a file you can keep or send outside Curade.

A page with **Export As** leaves Curade as a file, which you can keep or send to someone outside Curade.

## Before you begin

- The page shows the tenant, sources, search and filters you want to export, since the export holds the page as it stands.

## Steps

1. Open the page to export, such as **Capacity Planning** under **Analytics**.
2. Select **Export As**.
3. Pick a format, such as **Excel (.xlsx)** or **PDF (.pdf)**.

## Result

The file is saved, named after the list and the date it was saved. It holds the page as it stood when you exported it, not live data, so say which period it covers when you send it on.
