Curade has no public sign up. A Platform Admin creates your account and gives you a starting password, with a role in one or more tenants. You sign in with your email address and that password, pick your tenant and set a password of your own.

Before you begin

• The email address and the starting password a Platform Admin gave you.
• Curade, open in a current desktop browser at your organisation's Curade address (Requirements).

Steps

1. Open your organisation's Curade address in your browser.
2. Type your email address under Email.
3. Type the starting password under Password.
4. Select Sign in.
5. Pick your tenant from the tenant picker at the top of the page.

Result

Curade opens on the Dashboard of the tenant you picked. To set a password of your own, sign out, select Forgot password? on the sign in page and follow the link in the email (Sign in). Carry on with First steps.

If sign in does not accept the email or password, check both. A starting password that no longer works needs a new one from the Platform Admin who created your account (Common issues).
