Sign in

You sign in with your account's email address and password. A forgotten password is reset with a link from an email.

Before you begin

• Your account is set up (Get access).

Steps

1. Open your organisation's Curade address in your browser.
2. Type your email address under Email.
3. Type your password under Password.
4. Select Sign in.

Result

Curade opens on the Dashboard. When it says the email or password is not valid, check both and try again, or reset the password as below.

A forgotten password

1. Select Forgot password? on the sign in page.
2. Enter your email address and select Send reset link.
3. Open the link in the email within five minutes. After that it no longer works, and you ask for a new one.
4. Type a new password twice and select Update password. It needs 8 or more characters, with an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a number and a special character.

Signing out

Log Out, at the foot of the sidebar, then Confirm Logout, ends your session in that browser.
