Ask CLEO

CLEO answers questions about the tenant you picked, so start the chat in that tenant and describe what you see.

Before you begin

• CLEO is switched on for the tenant. Agent Chat says no AI model is set up when it is not yet (CLEO).
• Your tenant role lets you use the AI Agent (Roles and permissions).

Steps

1. Pick the tenant at the top of the page.
2. Open AI Agent, then Agent Chat, and select New Chat.
3. Type your question in plain words, or pick a starting question. For an incident, say what you saw, where and since when.
4. Optional: attach up to three files that show it, such as a screenshot or a log file.
5. If CLEO asks for more detail, fill in its form and select Confirm & Continue.
6. Read the answer: the suspected root cause, CLEO Analysis Steps and Recommended Actions.

Result

CLEO answers from the tenant's data and what it looks up, and the chat stays in Chat History, where everyone in the tenant can read it, since a new chat starts Read Only. Make it Private to keep it to yourself. Check anything important before you act on it.
